After an initial career as a buyer for a fine wine merchant, Keith Price has spent the majority of his working life within the contact centre BPO sector. He has worked for 2 of the top 5 World’s largest in the sector, in a variety of roles including Managing Director for a division of Teleperformance and Regional Sales Director at Sitel. Keith has developed and sold solutions for some of the biggest brands globally with contract revenues in excess of twenty million pounds. Recently Keith has also had considerable success working in the disruptive sector, developing solutions for clients such as Airbnb and DAZN.
Keith has a very clear and pragmatic view on the delivery of solutions, having been involved with so many companies looking to drive enhancements in their client communication and sales strategies. He continues to have a great interest in wine, but also loves music and is an ardent football fan.
