Full Biography
Born out of a desire to provide a friendly and professional service and a positive experience for customers, Stephen Evans (Managing Director) formed Saecom in May 2014. With over 35 years’ experience in the telecoms industry, Stephen knew exactly how he wanted to provide telecoms to his customers and with his friendly yet professional approach as the key objective. The company has gone from strength to strength boasting customers such as Coastal Housing.
Saecom is also a family affair, with Stephen’s daughter Amy Evans (a Mathematics with Sports Science Graduate) joining the company in May 2014 to head up the finance department. Amy has a wealth of knowledge and is an integral part of the business, creating processes and a clear strategy for the team. Prior to Saecom, Amy acquired vast experience in retail including a senior position. Now she supports and manages the Saecom team alongside Stephen.
Since 2014, the business has grown and developed a team of staff including technical support staff, admin staff, marketing/sales assistants and external engineers. As a family business, Saecom has a strong focus on providing high quality customer service and show great compassion when providing services.
