Julia used her wealth of experience and skills to create her company to provide People and Organisation Development, and she now specialises in Leadership Coaching and Business Mentoring. Julia underpins her practice with a strong theoretical basis. She gained an MBA from the University of Leicester and a post graduate ILM Level 7 Certificate in Executive Coaching and Mentoring. Julia is a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council and operates within their code of practice.
As a coach and as a consultant, Julia has been described as ‘thought provoking’, ‘creative’ and ‘challenging’. Client feedback describes her as having an ‘innate ability to get to the root of issues’ and to ‘make a real difference’. Her coaching style is non-directive while her consultancy approach is focused on enabling clients to identify and achieve their objectives. Julia has worked with a number of start-ups as well as established businesses to identify strategic and tactical plans which have led to measurable success. She combines her business insight with a pragmatic approach which explores possibilities and enables clients to identify their own best way forward.
Coming from a background in learning and development, Julia spent fifteen years delivering innovative, ground breaking solutions to organisational and individual development needs. This took her into public and private sector organisations to work with business leaders to meet specific strategic objectives in financial services, legal, manufacturing, IT and transport industries.
Julia’s enthusiasm for coaching, training, mentoring and consultancy is rooted in building effective relationships with others. Her personal approach is about integrity, trust and creating the right environment for a client to feel confident in and engaged.
